Leadership
Leverage General was founded by Miles Gastil in 2022. Miles combines hands-on construction experience with a background in business finance, bringing both financial discipline and field execution to every project. His experience spans a wide range of project types and roles across the construction industry.
Outside of work, Miles spends time with his wife and three children, and enjoying all the perks of living in Idaho.
