Industrial & Manufacturing Buildouts
Enclosures, expansions, and equipment installs for facilities that need more capacity or better use of existing space. These jobs combine structural, utility, and MEP work, usually around a floor that can't stop, with sequencing planned around production.

Fire Suppression & Life Safety
Gas suppression, sprinkler, and fire alarm scope, including tie-ins to existing systems. This work often happens in rooms and buildings that stay in use, with test modes, shutdowns, and tie-ins scheduled around the facility so protection and operations stay in place throughout.
MEP & Process Systems
HVAC, controls, filtration, and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work behind specialty equipment, including the power, air, and water that feed how the space is used.
Structural Upgrades & Retrofits
Repair, reinforcement, and modification of existing structures for new equipment, expanded operations, or building additions.
